Theunitisconstructedfromstainlesssteel,providinghygienicsurfaces thatareresistanttochemicalattack.

Thedrumsarehardchromeplatedtoensuremaximumheattransfer andtheabilitytoscaleupresultstoproduction-sizedequipment.

The main drive is shaft mounted and its speed is adjusted by an electronic inverter in the control panel.
