thejacketedmixingtank, ahigh-speedmixer,agentleagitator,avacuumsystem,steam heatingandwater coolingofthejacket, waterflush for theshaftseals.Directsteamheatingofthevesselcanbeprovidedasanoption.

TheFT141is capableofprocessingat95%vacuumandupto 100°C.TheFT142extends the performanceintoUHTprocessingupto 140°Cand3bar

Eachtankisfittedwithalarge-diameter(51mm)manualoutletvalveanda25mm manual inlet valve completewithinlet funnel.All contact surfaces are316stainlesssteel.Thevesselsare equipped withatemperaturesensor,asafetycut-outswitchandasightglasswithalightandwiper.Theclampedlid hasapoweredliftmechanismfor easyraising.Theheating/ coolingjacketcanbepressurisedandisfittedwithasafetyvalve.

Ahigh-speedmixing head with variable-speedcontrolisprovidedin the bottomofthevessel, carefully positionedinrelation totheoutlet valve toenable easydrainage.Thestandardmixing wheel hasastatorandasingleknifeontop.Thestator ringsareavailablewith different holesizesfrom1to4mm.Othertypesofmixingunits,suchasadouble- bladedknifewithblindplateorfibre-cut,canbeprovidedonrequest.

Aslow-speedgentle agitatoris fittedonthevessellid. This isadouble- armagitatorwitha flexiblescraperon onearmto preventburn-on

ofthe producttothe sideofthevessel.Aliquid-ring vacuumpump is used whenrequired to processbelowatmosphericpressure.

Acombined pressureandvacuumgauge is usedtodisplaythe tankpressure.TheFT142includesasstandardanautomatic vacuumcontrol.Optionsareavailableforacooleronthe connection pipetothevacuumpump and foracondensation collectorwithsight glassin thevacuum line.Themechanicalsealsontherotatingshaftsareautomaticallyflushed withwaterviaasolenoidvalve,activatedtogetherwiththemotors.

TheFT141hasaPLCcontrolsystem withtouchscreendisplayasstandard.TheFT142hasastandardelectronicpanelmadeof

stainless steel, which includesstart/stopcontrols,speedcontrolsforthemotors,temperaturedisplay,heatingandcoolingsetpoints, plusemergencystop.Once theheatingsetpointhasbeenreachedthetemperatureismaintainedusingon/offcontrol.
